How much does a post-renovation clean cost?
Post-renovation cleans start from $400 + GST. The online instant quote gives you an estimate by room count and location, with any travel fee outside our Moreton Bay zone shown before you commit, and we confirm the price once we've seen the scope.
When should I book the clean — before or after the trades finish?
After the last trade has finished. Every later cut, sand or drill puts dust back on finished surfaces, so cleaning early means paying for it twice. If a trade does need to come back afterwards, we can re-clean behind them.
How is a post-renovation clean different from a regular house clean?
A regular clean maintains a home that is already clean. A post-renovation clean removes what building work leaves behind — fine construction dust in vents, light fittings and cupboards, paint and silicone overspray on glass and tiles, and sticker or protective-film residue on new fixtures. It is a detail clean of every surface, not a tidy-up.
