Our work sits in a specific gap: the clean between the last trade leaving and the keys changing hands. That is not a domestic clean with more dust. Render and plaster dust, paint spots, silicone, and sticker and adhesive residue all have to come off brand-new surfaces without marking them, and the result gets inspected — by a client on a walkthrough, or by a builder and project manager at practical completion. The whole job is judged on whether the property is handover-ready on the day it needs to be.

There are two kinds of customer, and we quote them differently. Homeowners and renovators finishing a kitchen, bathroom or whole-house renovation book a post-renovation clean through the online instant quote — an estimate from room count and location, no back and forth, confirmed once we’ve seen the scope.

Builders, project managers and developers book a handover and final clean through a trade quote: square-metre pricing, staged contracts for townhouse and apartment programs cleaned unit by unit, and multi-site rates. Send floor area or unit count with your program dates and a quote usually comes back within a few hours. Invoicing is GST-ready for builder and PM accounts.

At handover we can also supply a photo-backed, room-by-room defect report. Every item is classified — cleaned, builder fix, damage or monitor — so nobody argues at inspection about whether a mark is a cleaning miss or a trade defect, and sign-off doesn’t stall.
