How is a handover clean priced?
A single new-build final clean starts from $600 + GST. Builders, PMs and developers are priced per square metre or per unit so the rate stays consistent across a program — the current bands are published in our builders clean cost guide, and a trade quote confirms a fixed figure against your scope and program dates, usually within a few hours.
Can you stage the clean across a multi-unit program?
Yes. Townhouse and apartment programs are cleaned unit by unit to your handover schedule and quoted as one staged contract, so the price stays consistent across the development. Send your program dates with the trade quote and we work to them.
What happens if trades come back after the clean?
It is common — rectification work after the practical completion inspection puts dust and marks back on finished surfaces. We offer defect-period re-cleans behind your trades, through your maintenance window, priced as a line item or included on larger programs.
