Who we are

Bleach Me Clean Pty Ltd (ABN 14 700 955 657) provides post-renovation and builders cleaning services across South East Queensland. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bleach Me Clean Pty Ltd. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Information we collect

We collect personal information you provide when you request a quote, book a clean, or contact us — including your name, business or company name, email address, phone number, and the property or project details you share with us.

When you use our website we may also collect limited technical information through analytics, such as pages visited and general location, to help us improve the site. This is collected in aggregate and does not identify you personally.

That analytics service is Google Analytics 4. It sets cookies in your browser and collects a randomly generated identifier, your device and browser details, the pages you view, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address. Google LLC processes this information on our behalf, on servers outside Australia including in the United States. We do not use it to identify you and we do not sell it. You can opt out for every site you visit by installing Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

Some emails we send may include an open-tracking image (a small pixel) that records whether and when the email was opened, along with limited technical details such as device type. We use this only to know our message reached you and to time our follow-ups. You can prevent it by turning off automatic image loading in your email app.

How we use your information

We use your information to prepare and provide quotes, schedule and carry out cleaning services, communicate with you about your job, issue invoices, and respond to your enquiries. We may also use it to follow up on a quote or to let you know about our services where you would reasonably expect us to.

Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We only disclose it where necessary to deliver our services — for example to our team members assigned to your job, or to service providers such as our email and payment providers — or where required by law.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Information is held in secured systems and access is limited to those who need it to do their work.
